Candy Catering began operating as an independently owned specialized bakery in 2015. A new and enlarged bakery was completed at the end of 2016 and today we are proud to be Lagos’ largest bread manufacturer with a dedicated team of over a hundred food service professionals and technical specialists.

 

Candy Catering prides itself in being the leading producer of bread products and value-added foods in Lagos. Our products include freshly baked pies, strudels, rolls, and speciality breads produced both in white and brown flour, as well as a full range of pastries such as cakes, muffins and cup cakes, ice-creams and chocolates.

 

Candy Catering has built a team of 150 food service professionals carefully selected from the best qualified Nigerian and expatriate specialists. All our employees are fully trained according to international standards in every aspect of the modern food industry, including ingredient selection, food preparation and production processes, food safety and quality control. Our workforce is our most important resource and the continuous development of their skills and talent remains our highest priority.
